Production Engineer

Do you want to work in an innovative and expanding company where you can be part of developing production from idea to finished product? EKA Composite in Oravais is now looking for a Production Engineer with an engineering degree and a strong interest in production development.

In this role, you will work broadly – managing parallel projects, collaborating closely with both colleagues and production employees, and suggesting improvements that take our production to the next level. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and participating in production development projects
• Working in different phases of the manufacturing process – from composite production to the final product
• Producing DXF files from 3D models for CNC machines
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
• Collaborating with different teams to optimize production flow
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid knowledge of 2D and 3D design
• Is technically curious, engaged, and takes initiative
• Has strong communication and collaboration skills
• Is flexible and enjoys working on multiple projects in parallel
• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Previous experience in production development is an advantage, but the most important factor is your willingness to learn and grow!
