Norcar Ab is hiring a Key Account Manager for the German-speaking market
Would you like to be part of a growing export company with world-class products? Norcar, based in Nykarleby, Finland, manufactures high-quality compact loaders, and we are now looking for a driven and social Key Account Manager to take responsibility for our German-speaking market!
Your tasks:
• Build and develop partnerships with dealers and importers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Find new dealers and build a strong network: make calls, schedule meetings, and visit both existing and potential customers
• Attend trade shows and industry events – showcase Norcar’s products and build new connections
• Identify solutions that meet customer needs and lead to successful deals!
We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Has a degree in business or engineering
✅ Has previous sales experience
✅ Speaks fluent German and English (Swedish is a plus)
✅ Is comfortable using Office programs and preferably ERP systems
✅ Is social, curious, not afraid to pick up the phone or knock on new doors, and willing to travel for work
✅ Thinks logically, economically, and sees opportunities where others see obstacles
✅ Experience in the machinery industry is considered an advantage
